Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Slowda Botanicals is not responsible for delayed delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.

Slowda Botanicals is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after confirmed carrier delivery
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Weather-related shipping interruptions
  • Carrier service disruptions

Customers experiencing delivery issues should first contact the shipping carrier using their tracking information.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact slowdabotanicals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the shipping package and label

We will review claims on a case-by-case basis.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to Slowda Botanicals due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Inability to complete age verification

may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Compliance With State and Local Laws

Slowda Botanicals reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally shipped to the customer’s location.

If a shipment is refused, confiscated, seized, delayed, returned, or otherwise affected due to local, state, territorial, or federal laws, regulations, or enforcement actions, Slowda Botanicals shall not be liable for resulting losses and may deny refund requests to the extent permitted by law.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
