At Slowda Botanicals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item was received damaged or defective.
  • The incorrect product was shipped.
  • The product remains unopened and in its original condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at slowdabotanicals@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days after approval, though your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened products
  • Used or partially consumed products
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Products seized, delayed, uor rejected due to local laws or regulations

Charge-backs:

If you place an order and it ends up being a charge back you will automatically become blacklisted from purchasing from Slowda Botanicals.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. Slowda Botanicals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Age Verification & Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased from Slowda Botanicals are legal to possess and receive in their jurisdiction. Refunds will not be provided for orders that cannot be delivered due to local laws, regulations, or age restrictions.
